Greater Noida: In a significant step towards fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological excellence in India, Creathon 2025 is set to be held from April 24 to 26, 2025, at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida. The grand event is part of the India Education Expo 2025 (Season 2), jointly organized by Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC), IPEC TBI Foundation, India Exposition Mart Ltd., and the AKTU Innovation Hub.
This ambitious initiative aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a “Developed India by 2047” and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s mission of creating an “Uttam Pradesh.”
Shaping New Career Pathways through Innovation
In a country where career choices have traditionally centered around MBBS, B.Tech, and CA, Creathon 2025 aims to break the mold and inspire students to explore entrepreneurship as a mainstream career option. It is more than just a competition—it is a platform to transform ideas into impactful realities.
An Immersive Blend of Technology and Excitement
Creathon will host thrilling competitions like Ideathon, Codethon, Hackathon, and Startathon, along with skill-driven workshops on team building, PCB designing, artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights (IPR), 3D printing, and robotics. Spectacular tech-based showcases such as Drone Shows, Robo Wars, Robo Soccer, and Robo Races will add an element of entertainment to the innovation extravaganza.
Pre-Qualifier Round at Sahibabad on April 19
To participate in Creathon, candidates must first qualify through pre-events held across four districts. The pre-qualifier round for Ghaziabad region will be held at Inderprastha Engineering College, Sahibabad, on April 19, 2025. Selected candidates will advance to the final round at Greater Noida.
Opportunity to Impress Industry Leaders and Investors
According to Priyanka Gupta, CEO of IPEC TBI Foundation, “Creathon 2025 is not merely a competition but a movement. Winners will not only receive awards and cash prizes but also gain a rare opportunity to present their ideas before industry leaders, investors, and mentors who can help scale their innovations to new heights.”
A Platform for India’s Next-Gen Visionaries
Open to school and college students, young entrepreneurs, startup founders, and industry innovators, this event provides a unique platform for the next generation of changemakers to help shape the future of a self-reliant India.
The announcement was made during a press conference in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ajay Kumar (Director, IPEC), Priyanka Gupta, Prof. Dr. Meenakshi Sharma, Prof. Dr. Vijay Singh, Abhishek Kumar, Shobhana Sharma, and Ajay Chaudhary (Media Head).
