Grand Conclusion of National Hackathon ‘Hack Heist 2025’ at MIET, Talented Participants Honored


Meerut: The two-day National Hackathon ‘Hack Heist 2025’, hosted at MIET, concluded with an impressive display of innovation and technological excellence. Organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and MIET Incubation Forum, this 36-hour coding marathon brought together 200 participants from across the country, providing them with a competitive platform to showcase their technical prowess.

On the first day, multiple teams worked on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, blockchain, machine learning, and other cutting-edge technologies to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. The second day saw an elimination round, narrowing the competition from 50 teams to the top 13 finalists. Special gifts were presented to all participants by Abhishek Doshi in recognition of their efforts.

Top Teams Honored for Excellence

In a highly competitive finale, Team Orbitism, represented by Utkarsh and Prakhar, secured the first position. Team Hisyper, comprising Alok Singh and Adarsh Singh, claimed the second spot, while Team Codiez, featuring Samarth Sharma, Vaibhav Sharma, Piyush Sharma, and Parth Sharma, finished in third place.

Adding to the excitement, hiring partner ‘Song GPT’ extended lucrative career opportunities to four outstanding participants. The jury panel, including Arpan Garg, Dipansh Arya, and Ujjwal Poonia, was also honored during the closing ceremony. The top 10 teams were awarded special prizes for their remarkable performances.

Encouraging Innovation and Collaboration

‘Hack Heist 2025’ successfully fostered technological innovation and collaboration, offering young talent a platform to gain industry recognition while refining their skills.

The event was graced by prominent dignitaries, including MIET Chairman Vishnu Sharan, Vice Chairman Puneet Agarwal, Campus Director Dr. S.K. Singh, and esteemed faculty members Prof. Dr. Shailendra N. Singh, Dr. Vikas Srivastava, Dr. Rambir Singh, Dr. Swati Sharma, Rohit Agarwal, Krishna Kumar Sharma, and Rehan Ahmed.

The event’s seamless execution was credited to the contributions of Harshit Goyal, Dev Chauhan, Tanishk Talyan, Palak Singhal, Aashi Verma, Deepanshi Gupta, Himanshu Kumar, Kunj Agarwal, Vani Gautam, Vishesh Jindal, Abhijeet Chauhan, Mansvi Goyal, Khyati Malik, Nirdesh Tyagi, and Sumit Agarwal.
