Grand Conclusion of the Five-Day Job Fair at Shri Venkateshwara University, 97 Students Selected

Meerut: The five-day Job Fair-2025, jointly organized by Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute, VGI Meerut, and the Uttar Pradesh Government Employment Department, concluded with great success. More than 1,200 students from Engineering, Pharmacy, Applied Sciences, and Agriculture disciplines participated in the final interview rounds, out of which 97 students secured placements in prestigious companies.

Top Companies Offered Jobs to 97 Students

After rigorous selection processes, the following major companies recruited students:

• 43 Engineering students were placed at Dixon Limited.
• 10 students secured jobs at Maruti Nexa Limited.
• 20 Pharmacy students were hired by Pukhraj Pharma Limited, Jalandhar.
• 23 Agriculture students were recruited by Grow Fast Group of Companies Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow.

The District Employment Officer and Director, Ratnesh Kumar Singh, along with the university management, handed over offer letters to the selected students, who expressed immense happiness upon securing employment.

Over 1,850 Students Employed in a Single Academic Year

Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi highlighted that Venkateshwara University has provided employment opportunities to over 1,850 students across its Meerut and Gajraula campuses in the past academic year, owing to its high-quality education and industry-oriented exposure.
