ACIC MIET Meerut Foundation’s Sparkathon 2024 Ignites Innovation at Meerut Mahotsav

Meerut, December 26, 2025 – The ACIC MIET Meerut Foundation, Supported by NITI Aayog, successfully concluded Sparkathon 2024, a five-day innovation extravaganza held during the Meerut Mahotsav from December 21 to December 25. The event, designed to foster creativity and technological advancement, attracted over 30,000 participants, marking a significant milestone in the foundation’s mission to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

Sparkathon 2024 featured a series of hands-on workshops aimed at equipping participants with cutting-edge skills. Highlights included Design Thinking sessions, which encouraged structured problem-solving, and immersive workshops on Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Robotics, and Prototyping using 3D Printers. These sessions provided practical exposure to emerging technologies, enabling participants to transform ideas into tangible solutions.

Prashant Kumar Gupta, CEO of ACIC MIET Meerut Foundation, emphasized the event’s impact, stating, “Sparkathon 2024 represents a pivotal step in our journey to cultivate a culture of innovation. With NITI Aayog’s support, we are committed to creating an inclusive ecosystem where technology drives societal progress.” The overwhelming participation underscored the community’s enthusiasm for innovation and its potential to shape a self-reliant India.
