MIET Meerut Hosts AICTE-Sponsored FDP on VLSI Design and Nanotechnology

Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) launched a week-long faculty development program focused on emerging trends in Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) design and nanotechnology applications. The online program, sponsored by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), aims to enhance educators' knowledge in this rapidly evolving field.

The Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled "Recent Trends in VLSI Design Using Nanotechnology" commenced on November 25, 2024, at MIET's Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The inauguration ceremony featured distinguished guests including Dr. R.P. Singh, a scientist from the Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), and Dr. Mandeep Singh, Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Technology Surathkal.
