Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC) recently held a successful placement drive, resulting in 5 students securing job offers with an impressive 6 lakh rupees annual package from KPMG International Limited. The rigorous selection process showcased the college's commitment to nurturing top talent and preparing students for competitive job markets.
The multi-stage recruitment process began with an online aptitude test for 40 students. Following this, 26 candidates were shortlisted for group discussions. The final stage comprised technical interviews, narrowing the selection to 9 students. Ultimately, KPMG extended offers to 5 candidates, each receiving a 6 lakh rupees annual package.
KPMG officials conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the students' technical and professional abilities. The interview process assessed candidates' skills, problem-solving capabilities, and presentation abilities.
