National Conference on 'Innovation and Technology Transfer' Organized by AICTE Idea Lab

Meerut: A national conference on the theme of 'Innovation and Technology Transfer' was organized at MIET under the auspices of the AICTE Idea Lab. This much-anticipated event brought together leading experts from the fields of education, innovation, and industry to discuss the importance of fostering innovation in education.

The conference was inaugurated by the chief guest, Pradeep Dhage, Assistant Innovation Director, Innovation Cell, Ministry of Education, along with the special guest, Dr. Ayushi Agarwal, Senior Business Development Manager, BCIL, MIET Director Dr. Sanjay Singh, and Program Coordinator Mohini Singh, who jointly lit the ceremonial lamp.

In his address, Pradeep Dhage emphasized the importance of innovation in education. Following this, Dr. Ayushi Agarwal delivered a lecture on bridging the gap between the lab and the market.

During the conference, three technical sessions were held, focusing on various aspects of technology transfer and innovation. Industry experts shared case studies and strategies for bringing ideas from the lab to the marketplace.

On this occasion, a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Renaissance Technology Private Limited and AICTE Idea Lab MIET, marking a milestone in the field of innovation.

Key speakers at the conference included Vaibhav Anand, Rajeev Tyagi, Dhirendra Singh, Deepak Singh, Dr. Anurag, and Dr. Alok Sharma, who shared their insights during the various sessions.
