Meerut: The Computer Science Department of Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) organized a grand celebration to mark Teachers' Day. The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by a special program honoring the contributions of educators.
A key highlight of the celebration was the cake-cutting ceremony, where faculty and students came together to commemorate the occasion. The event also featured cultural performances, music, and engaging activities that added to the festive atmosphere.
Prominent attendees included Dr. S.K. Singh, Director of MIET, Dr. Sanjeev Singh, Dean of Academics, Dr. Ankur Saxena, Dean of CSE & IT, Dr. Vineet Goel, Dean of First Year, and Shivani Rohilla, Head of the Computer Science Department. The leadership team commended the event and reaffirmed the vital role of teachers in shaping the future of students.
