German Language Day Celebrated at Meerut Institute of Technology

Meerut | Meerut Institute of Technology recently organized a German Language Day event at its Partapur Bypass campus, aimed at promoting cultural exchange and linguistic diversity. The event was conducted by Shivi Singhal, a German language instructor, and saw participation from students across various departments.

The event kicked off with a cake cutting ceremony, followed by a screening of a German film to provide students with a glimpse into German culture. A German Language Community Group was also formed during the event, with the objective of bringing together students interested in the language and facilitating their learning experience. Shivi Singhal highlighted the importance of German language in the global business landscape, stating that it is one of the most spoken languages in Europe and growing in significance in the international job market.
