French Higher Education Opportunities Unveiled at MIET 

In a bid to explore international educational opportunities, Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) recently hosted a seminar on French higher education experiences. The event, held on September 11, 2024, aimed to inform students about the diverse academic and research opportunities available in France.

The seminar, moderated by Dr. Ankur Saxena, Dean of CSE, IT, and affiliated branches, featured informative sessions on prestigious French institutions, including University Gustave Eiffel. Dr. Kacper Pluta, a French expert, enlightened students about fully-funded programs such as Charpak and Bezout Excellence scholarships. He also discussed internship opportunities at renowned research institutions like INRIA and ESIEE Paris, providing hands-on experience in areas like artificial intelligence and cyber security.

The seminar offered valuable insights into the French education system, cultural exchange, and networking opportunities. Dr. Pluta emphasized the significance of international exposure in enriching personal and professional lives. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Shri Vibhuti Shankar, Vice President (Research and Development) of MIET.
